Tara is seeking a passionate chaplain who will guide the spiritual focus of the school, both in pastoral and learning environments.
Tara Anglican School for Girls is a pre-kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school situated in North Parramatta. Established in 1897, Tara has a tradition of excellent pastoral care and high academic standards. As an International Baccalaureate World School, Tara offers the Primary Years Programme (ELC–Year 6) and the Middle Years Programme (Years 7–10) as well as the Higher School Certificate in Years 11–12.
The chaplaincy is a position which seeks to remind the School that we exist under Christ. Christ being the centre of our community means that the chaplaincy seeks to bring people to a knowledge of Christ, supports and encourages those who already know Christ, and finally, displays the love of Christ to all in our community.

- Appropriate theological qualifications
- School chaplaincy or parish experience
- Preferred teaching qualifications and experience
