How should we think about being a mother? In this elective, Jocelyn shares her experience of growing into understanding motherhood as ministry. She addresses questions like: what purpose did God have in mind when he designed mothers? How do I keep from making my children an idol, or allowing motherhood to consume my identity? How do I go about making ministry and paid work decisions as a mother? What do I do with the resentment and bitterness that can accompany being a primary caregiver? This elective aims to encourage mothers to be faithful and intentional in their role.
